> River Lake Software builds AI-enabled tools that help health plans, self-funded employers and third-party administrators (TPAs) manage federal Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) disputes under the No Surprises Act. The platform takes each dispute from notice to drafted offer in seconds: it checks eligibility, prepares the merit file and a QPA-based offer, recommends the IDR entity (IDRE), and tracks every federal deadline. The plan's team reviews and submits.

River Lake is founded by Kimber Bishop, RN, BSN, LSSBB (healthcare quality, independent review and accreditation) and Preston H. Balmain (enterprise IT operations, cloud and security).
